Interior House Tour

So after our moving horror show this weekend, we finally have wifi. Yay! These are photos taken before we did anything to the house.  Right after we closed we made some changes before we moved in.  It took two weeks from closing to moving day.  I’ll show the progress photos and changes we made in a later post.

When you walk in the front door and look to the left you’ll see the living room. I love the fireplace and all of the windows.  I can’t wait to be cuddled up on the couch (once it’s delivered) during a snowstorm with a fire going. 🙂

The French doors lead into the sunroom, another favorite for me.

Here’s the deck that is off the sunroom.

I absolutely love the kitchen windows.  It’s one of my favorite things in the house. They look out onto one of the nature preserves that borders our property (the other is across the street).  This is where I see all of the animal visitors (deer, raccoons, chipmunks, squirrels, rabbits, birds) to our yard.

When you walk through the closet of this bedroom there is an unfinished attic. This house is definitely not lacking storage!

Another one of my favorite things about this house…future home for my art studio space! So excited for this!!!    Image

You can see posts about the exterior of the house here and here.

I have so many plans and projects for this house. 🙂

Stay tuned,
